In mid 2022 I was brought on at Brain Audio to take the company’s business operations and project processes to the next level. The company had been in the same studio premises for over a decade, and with my operational oversight Brain Audio has now fully moved to a brand new purpose built studio complex as of late 2023.

The transition to new premises was completed whilst avoiding any business down time whatsoever, with project progress being made on all fronts with the current crop of clients.

The key to finding the right studios and securing the financing necessary for the move was in obtaining full clarity over the financials of the company, and using this clarity as a basis to make big calls.

After gaining the complete trust of the founders I was able to dig in, make the necessary investigations, and ask the tough operational questions to build the most accurate picture possible of both how far the company has come, and where it’s headed.

Using a suite of financial and project management tools stress tested and integrated by myself, Brain Audio has never been in a more solid position to make the very best out of its new home.

Brain Audio is currently creating sound and music for some of the world’s biggest names media and technology such as Netflix, Audible, Meta, and The BBC.
